Scaling an operation of over 100 live sessions per week required a reliable scheduling platform, seat management, and delivery of support materials before each session. The product needed to be fluid enough not to create friction in a journey where engagement is everything.
We developed the full TalkNTalk platform with a session scheduling panel, 12-module learning track, pre-session material delivery, and community area. The architecture was designed to support base growth without experience degradation.
